Nampa, ID 11/28/03 -- Bob Wagner loves chocolate. He knows you do too. That’s why he’s the author of a new cookbook containing nothing but chocolate tips, trivia and recipes. He has been inventing and collecting chocolate recipes for over 15 years and has assembled many of them in his newly released book, “Chocolate Passions!”

“All 87 restaurant quality recipes in “Chocolate Passions!” contain chocolate” he says. “And that helps to fulfill my goal of putting chocolate in every meal of the day – even breakfast.” He has recipes for Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Chocolate French Toast in the book.

The book contains recipes that Wagner developed while working in a fudge shop, in his own confection business, and at a restaurant that he opened.

The book isn’t just a listing of recipes. It also contains chocolate tips, trivia, the history of chocolate, and it’s all done with a splash of humor. The self-proclaimed chocoholic even has his own 12-step program. “Never be more than 12 steps from chocolate!” he says.

Some people have unusual reactions to Bob’s chocolate creations. “One young woman told me one of my chocolate truffles was almost orgasmic! Imagine how I felt creating the confection that put her into this state! Everyone wants that kind of reaction to something they made. That’s why I wrote this book.”

And, yes, that truffle recipe is in the book.
